Conditions:
- Full Refund if you are not happy with the underwear.
- 30 Day Trial Guarantee starts from the day we fulfil/post your order.
- Guarantee is voided if it can be seen that the underwear has clearly been destroyed or tampered with.
- If you have purchased more than one item, please remember that this trial is only available for one pair.
- Customer must pay for Return Shipping to us.
- If eligible for our Trial Guarantee, customers will need to pay for the return of the underwear/s to us. We suggest using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for the parcel if it goes missing.
- Please take care when selecting your underwear size as this is not covered under our Trial Guarantee.
- Once the underwear has been delivered back to us, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
